cant set up a joomla website, "Your country, phone number and location data do not match. Please correct it." #1997

I'm trying to sign up for Joomla, but when I try to sign up my phone number doesn't get accepted. I am in the UK and using a UK mobile number, i have tried two different numbers, and have also tried to log in using Gmail and Facebook, which then takes me back to the same login page and the phone number message pops up again.

Hello,

Please send an e-mail to sales@cloudaccess.net with your registration information - including the country and phone number - and they will be happy to register the account for you manually. If you're using a VPN, please disable it and try registering then.
