This is to inform you that it is possible to login to my identity.joomla.org account. FYI it is also possible to create a new account at identity.joomla.org from IP4: 5.68.204.83. Everything has been restored back to normal. Thank you very much @osm-operations-dc and @TLWebdesign for your help and support. I will now close this issue.

Trying to login to identity.joomla.org since the ROCHEN move to AWS on 05/09/2024 throws a 403 error. Trying to create a new account at identity.joomla.org since the ROCHEN move to AWS on 05/09/2024 throws a 403 error. As a consequence access to Mattermost is also impossible (identity.joomla.org authentication is required).
Extensive client-side troubleshooting has been performed, including: Testing across multiple browsers and devices Using private browsing modes Clearing browser cache and cookies Flushing DNS Attempting access from different networks, computers, mobile devices, remote browsers.
