When you start registration process the country code should be preselected. If the country code is different from UK then it's likely the validation won't pass. You may want to contact Launch Joomla provider at https://cloudaccess.net (live chat). Otherwise please hoover over the phone filed when it's marked in red. The detailed information should pop up. Please let us know or make a screenshot of the error. Thank you.

You phone field does not accept my genuine UK mobile number (+44 7359356452) so please fix asap or I can never register with Joomla!
