user or User #57

We have strings that say "Editor for this user." and "Select the Language for the Frontend interface. This will only affect this User."

This can be particularly seen in the tooltips for a User Profile or when creating a new user. My feeling is that in this context we should always be using a capitalised User

Thoughts?
