After install can't find extension J4 #56

After succesfull install, i can't find anywhere the extension

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'System'
Click on 'Install- Extensions'

Expected behavior I thought extnsion is listed under menu on admin

Additional context Joomla 4x Php 7.4

Hello Sarandos,

The Component has to appear in Components, but maybe its name is translated into the Back-end language.
