Proposed fix for extension installation issues on Joomla! 3.x.x #2

Some system plugins in Joomla! 3.x.x use methods of JApplicationWeb and JApplicationCms which are not defined in \Joomlatools\Composer\Application. The result is that the installation fails when trying to install extensions.
