Ends session instead of jumping back to hub #4

Hi Julian,

Thank you so much for the package, it is really useful for my thesis, but I am experiencing some issues. When I click on the "back to hub" button at the end of a Spoke page or on the top bar, instead of jumping back to the hub, it ends the questionnaire.

And I also get this error message on the Spoke pages: On the previous page setNextPage() was used. However, the page osemHub identified in setNextPage() was not found in the questionnaire.
