I feel like there is more to your question, but the easiest way to run batch scripts, or scripts you don't use often is to just drag the .jsx
file into Photoshop's icon in either Dock (Mac) or the Taskbar (Windows). It's the same way you can open image files, but PS knows that it's a script file and runs it as such. On Windows you have to hold shift
when you drag it to the taskbar icon.
Past that I don't think I can say much without seeing the script file and perhaps all files related to it. I could take a look at it if you can link me the file(s). You could first share the script file(or code) for me to see if there are any obvious errors in it. There could be various reasons why the script won't run or do what you expect.
I do have a video in the making, but I don't know when I will get that done. It's been
in the makingon hold for months now.

I've copy pasted the script like the example with my mockup file and the picture I want on it. But can u explain the process to run it as well.
