FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './weights/main_model.pth' #2

Works fine immediately after installation but after deactivating conda environment and reactivating I'm receiving this error every time. The model files have not been moved. Any ideas?

Hmm,,,it works fine for me,, Can you show me the detailed logs in your terminal?

I had the same error if I start napari outside of the mediar-napari folder.

@lsxucsf can you try to chage directory to your mediar-napari:

then start napari

finally lauch the plugin

Hi @romainGuiet ,

This fixed it. Not sure how I overlooked switching to the mediar-napari folder as it's clearly stated in the install instructions. Forgot to cd into it before starting it up the next day. Great work @joonkeekim , it's running well so far!
