Is there a point in translating the subfolders if the builders are deprecated ?
This is the documentation of the new API. Not the deprecated one :) However, you do not have to translate the API docs. Because of you don't understand any English, I don't see how you can use the API as all the names are in English.
I think it's safe to assume that all programmers (or aspiring programmers) know enough English to figure it out.
Well, If the documentation is up to date, I'd like to translate it too actually (if time permits). It is certainly true that it's easier to code if you know enough English. But what is important is to understand the meaning of the API and use the right syntax in scripts. I think it would be a shame if non English-speaking people got discouraged and said to themselves that they cannot code because they don't know English. But I'm not good at prioritizing, so if you think there are more important pages to be translated, I'll follow your lead.
Well obviously I am not going to stop you from translating everything :)
But when it comes to priorities, you can have a look at the documentation index: https://beta.freesewing.org/fr/docs/
Everything that starts with /en/docs/developer
is lower priority
