Including a blacklist is easy. Question is who maintains the blacklist and how. Do we have agreement on this?

No not yet. Myriam indicated it would be a nice feature. Question is also if we do not want to show it, or not even store it.

I would prefer to store everything. If it appears on the blacklist this could be indicated to the author of the tag, so he/she can either remove it, request it to be explicitly admitted by some moderator. If no action is taken, it would simply be ignored. Storing blacklist tags might also help Archana to rate users on quality.

I agree this has low priority until we are really hit by spammers.
