Deleting comments and 'not sure'

When deleting a comment or a 'not sure' that you added before, the pop-up disappears and hovering over the tag does no longer result in a pop-up.

Steps that I took that triggered this bug:

• hovered over a tag
• added a comment (or 'not sure')
• clicked on the red x to delete the comment (or 'not sure')

When I added both a comment and a 'not sure', I was unable to delete the 'not sure' (nothing happened) and deleting the comment resulted in the error above
