Add missing verb to manual #272

I added one word in ebib.text but apparently pandoc introduced a lot of changes to ebib-manual.html. I use pandoc 2.17.1.1. It may not make sense to pull this commit if the next time the manual is edited the structural changes in the html file are reverted.

Thanks. It's not entirely uncommon for Pandoc's output to vary a bit, but just to be sure I applied the change myself. It's entirely possible that I have some Pandoc settings on my system that aren't reproduced in the repo. (I should really move away from Pandoc for the manual...)
