Incorrect numbering for extension of use case
Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.
Extension 2a should be numbered as 1a instead, as the module list being empty and the app showing an error message should not be occurring after point 2 of the use case, which is the app already having added the task. Instead, if an error is shown, the app should not have added the task and hence point 2 of the use case should not have been reached.

 Issue duplicate status
Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)
Reason for disagreement: The 'original' bug is fixed independently from this bug. ie, changing the numbering in the 'original' bug does not correct the numbering in the current bug, so this bug should not be marked as a duplicate.
The extension 3a should be numbered as 1a instead as invalid module code comes after point 1 of the use case instead of point 3
