Can't open lootsheets after update. #184

Hi, since the last update we're unable to open the character-sheet on lootsheets. The problem seems to be with characters created before the update. Reverting back to 3.1 fixed the issue.

Lootsheet: 3.2.1 DnD 5e: 1.5.2 Foundry: 8.9

Ok, I was afraid of that. Just roll with the old version I guess.

Likewise having problems, the module no longer interacts with DFreds Pocket Change and Loot sheets only work if you manually change them to lootsheets. how do you revert to older versions?

I used this link: https://github.com/jopeek/fvtt-loot-sheet-npc-5e/archive/refs/tags/3.1.0.zip and unpacked it in the module library and turned updates off for now.

Seems like the 1.5.2 DnD update broke a lot of little stuff under the hood. Annoying to say the least.

Yeah, same for me. - I use it for two things: I like to combine it with dFreds Pocket Change for defeated monsters to drop a bit of cash, but also to pre-load chests with items/potions/money before my players arrive. - Even with a fresh NPC lootsheet, I can see that we no longer have the [Object Object] issue but whenever a I type a number in, it immediately just disappears.

Then once I close the sheet, I can't actually open it again when either the GM or a player clicks the token.

Try 3.2.2 and let us know if that solved it.

I have updated to this. I was able to open an old loot sheet once. The currency was visible but the [objectObject] text had moved into the text area where you put the amount. I deleted the text and put actual currency in and closed the sheet.

I was then unable to reopen the sheet afterwards. Creating a new sheet seems to work okay, an even older loot sheet I had not touched since 0.7.9 had been wiped clean completely.

It seems like old sheets might just need to be completely remade.

Still having this issue also with 3.2.2. I did find that replacing all the [objectObject] in the currency areas with 0 (or other numbers) instead of leaving fields empty allowed the sheets to be reopened and used as before.

with 3.2.2 I have tried making new sheets and still cant open them.

I had the same issue after the 1.5.2 DnD update. Tried with 3.2.2 and had the same issue. Reverted back to 3.1 and it works.

xanstin commented 3 years ago

I went back to 3.2.1 and it worked. 3.2.2 is where it broke. I mindlessly updated but it did work after the DnD update then broke again. That is what happen :)

Seems like its all working for me now. Tried it with both old and new sheets. Thanks a bunch!
