Added a Fate Dice option to roll-table

hey @uN1ck was not trying to step on your toes. I wrote my change a few months ago and just got around to doing a Fork and pushing my changes up.

I have apparently overlooked Nick's PR anyway. I'll merge this one because I like the settings option (since I don't know what Fate dice are ;))
