Expose the the "check and set" (CAS) option for optimistic locking behavior on secret write operation ** https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/api-docs/secret/kv/kv-v2#cas
Expose the secret version from the metadata block on secret read operation response so it can be used for CAS ** https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/api-docs/secret/kv/kv-v2#read-secret-version
