This pull request mostly implements the plugin website redesign.

There are still a few aspects that are unimplemented:

Similar plugins
Privacy policy link (required because the new implementation allows plugins to show images from arbitrary websites, which allows 3rd-party cookies).
Some color/theme adjustments may be required.
Due to what is uploaded to NPM, the current implementation relies on plugins having GitHub repositories
