File format for sharing protocols #299

To transport protocol definitions there should be a file format that includes:

message types
- ruleset for automatic assignment
- labels
decoding
fuzzing sets
simulation sets (tbd)
modulation parameters (rx, tx)

Idea:

Make subdirectory for labelsets and decodings
Add buttons for adding the labelsets/decodings from the subdirectories into current project.
Create github-Repo for labelsets, decodings, fuzzing profiles (stateless attacks) and simulation profiles (stateful profiles). URH should be able to add/sync labelsets and decodings from github repo into local labelset/decoding-directories.

Have you seen this? No idea if it applies but seems there may be some overlap in the goals here and the goals there.
