What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cannot enter -ve in money (for credit card purchase return)

decrease credit card liability and reduce expenses

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

In this case, I create an account named "Other Income" in Asset.
When banks give me the credit card fee discount, I record the detail as below:

from Other Income
to Credit Card
