@lgatto and @sgibb, that's my flashlight talk for EuroBioc2017. It's still raw and I'll have to reduce it a little but it's more or less what I want to present. Please have a look at it to check if there's something you would like to have changed (e.g. if it's overlapping with @sgibb's talk?).

Also, @sgibb, what affiliation should I use for you?

lgatto commented 6 years ago

You use data/150616_POOL_IntraP_S_POS_6.mzML - is it available in a package? Could you add it to the repo?

jorainer commented 6 years ago

unfortunately not, it's 500MB large - eventually I could share it via dropbox

lgatto commented 6 years ago

It's that I wanted to generate your slides, and try/test the code...

Is it not available as part of a paper, wherever metabolomics folks deposit their data?

jorainer commented 6 years ago

not yet part of a paper - you can grap the file from https://www.dropbox.com/s/70bwyra3jvwpv7n/150616_POOL_IntraP_S_POS_6.mzML?dl=0

Thanks

Thanks for asking for feedback. There will be no overlap with my talk. I will give an introduction to a new R package: topdownr; slides will be added to this repository (currently nearly empty): https://github.com/sgibb/EuroBioc2017-topdownr

My affiliation is: Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, University Medicine Greifswald but University Medicine Greifswald would be enough if the other is too long.
