Switch badges for Rockets - Conditional components

### Project Requirement

• Add styles classes to buttons.
• Implement one more button into the Rockets component to manage the cancel action.
• Implement one handler to manage the cancel action.
• Apply styles to the button "Reserve Rocket" and the tag "reserved".
• Use CSS classes to toggle the presentation of the button in the rockets list.
• Add element previous to the rocket description to show when each rocket is reserved.
