Fix a few papercuts

What?

l10n: Remove base.po

• It should be a POT file.

l10n: Mark two strings as untranslatable

• They are symbols and not translatable to other languages.

Fix two typos

• Cpu -> CPU
• Gpu -> GPU

l10n: Re-order POTFILES entries

• Use alphabetical order

l10n: Provide a POT file

• Created using these commands:

  meson setup build
  ninja -C build monitorets-pot

  Why?

  To make easy to translate the application.
