data: Mark release descriptions as untranslatable #95

What?

Why?

GNOME automatically excludes release descriptions on Damned Lies (GNOME Translation Platform). It's a good practice to follow the GNOME way.

This can streamline the translation process, allowing translators to focus their efforts on more critical and user-facing aspects of the application.

Also update the POT file.

These URLs are visible on GNOME Control Center and Flathub.

@sabriunal I really appreciate the contributions that you are making. As you can see I am not very familiar with some of the nuances of translating applications or the GNOME way.
