What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the audio midi setup and plug in the keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the keyboard. Instead I see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You can try the following steps:

 - Restart your computer
 - With the Console utility, look for USB and MIDI related messages when you plug your keyboard and turn it on.
 - Download the USB Prober Apple Developer tool and find out the product ID for your device.

Were you able to resolve the problem? My friend has the same keyboard and it
does not work at the moment.

I never had feedback, but you can suggest those steps to your friend, and I'll
help the best that I can. The most important one is the second one, and look
for any special error messages just as you turn the keyboard on.
