I have tried multiple times to install this in OSX 10.7.5, and it just doesn't
work. I've rebooted after install, but still get nothing.

Any thoughts?

What kind of keyboard do you have? Have you looked into Audio/MIDI Settings if
a Casio keyboard shows up (grayed-out or not)?

Keyboard is a WK-110.

I also have a WK-110, it shouldn't have any problems. Can you tell me which
driver exactly you tried to install ? Could you also check with the Console (in
Applications/Utilities) for MIDI or USB-related messages when you turn on your
keyboard ?

I installed this one:
http://casiousbmididriver.googlecode.com/files/Casio%20USB%20MIDI%20Driver%20%28
10.7%29.pkg

I simply ran the package; the driver appears to be in Library->Audio-Midi
Drivers as "CasioUSBMIDIDriver.plugin"

the only usb and midi related messages in the console are related to the
installation of the package itself:

"2/3/14 9:02:56.676 PM installd: Installed "Casio USB MIDI Driver" ()"

Thank you again for getting back to me!

This is strange, because everything else looks alright. On my WK-110, I
normally only have to turn it on, leave it in the default mode, and it gets
detected automatically. Maybe your USB cable has a problem ? Also, do you think
you can try with another computer ?

I installed it on my girlfriend's computer with the same OS, and it worked
fine. So I deleted everything and started over on my computer, and now it's
working!
Thank you so much!
