Please update the tutorial about HSA settings #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
sh runSquares.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I follow the wiki step to "Installing OKRA RT". After I finished, I run 
"sh runSquares.sh". I just got "using source from Squares.hsail
Error while creating context:1".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS:Ubuntu 14.04LTS

Please provide any additional information below.
This tutorial is out of date from the data that HSA Foundation provides.
Please update the tutorial or something.
