Can not save file on NAS

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
can not save a downlad on NAS
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
attemp to download file and try to save on nas

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
directory does not exist (or similar)

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using? latest 3.7.8

5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
xbmc and android 4.2.2 and same problem on xbmc and atv2

6. Please provide any additional information below:
on my windows pc and apple pc it works fine

I have the same issue I.e. can't save to nas via apple tv2
