Stuck on please wait IPad #231

On entering portal all I get is the please wait message

2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Entering the portal

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please Wait

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
Tried all versions same results

5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
12.2 Ipad

6. Please provide any additional information below:
