[Bug]: Make smart mode smarter: Don't collapse the menu bar icons when toggling switches of switch app #403

Description

In smart mode, I just toggle a switch of only switch, the icons just been hide immediately and the list created by the application collapsed. Please make the menu bar icons not to be hide under the condition.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Only Switch (or One Switch) and Ice.
  2. Launch the applications
  3. Open the switches list by clicking the application icon on the menu bar
  4. Toggle any switch in the list (e.g. Hide Desktop Icons, Keep Awake)

macOS Version

15.1 Beta (24B5077a)

I'm having the same issue. On 11.8.1 and prior, it works fine. On the later versions, almost any interaction outside of the menu bar itself causes the Ice to immediately hide.
