Feature Request: Custom notifications for multiple users #1

To start, this solution is excellent and checks pretty much every box that I was looking to design myself to replicate our service health to our users and now I don't have to! Such awesome work.

That said, it would be great if I could go in and assign service notifications that are unique by service/user.

In other words, if I select the SharePoint service I can add users/teams and channels to notify to for SharePoint. If I then select Outlook I can have different users and channels for that service. Alternatively store notifications based on logged in user.

In our configuration we have engineers and teams supporting different workloads/services in o365 so it would be very useful to be able to alert to their teams and those users for what they are responsible for.

Apologies if some of this capability exists and I am not seeing it

Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you found the solution helpful. I like your idea of having individual notification settings per service. I'll look into seeing how I can build this into the solution.

Would you like to have individual notification settings along with an overall notification setting for all services like how it currently is?

That would work for sure! That way if someone wants notifications on all services we don't have to go through each service and add them. If they just want a few we can select those and add them as unique entries. 😁
