No matching distribution found for clip==1.0 #10

When installing the dependencies from requirements.txt (in a fresh virtual environment, pip is up to date as shown in the screenshot) through pip, apparently there is an issue with clip. I am using python 3.9.13

Could the python version be an issue? In the repository it is not specified which version to use

UPDATE:

I also tried python version 3.11.9. It doesn't work either, same error message
