Add manual linking instructions for Android. #78

I had a hard time figuring out how to get this working on Android, and figured out how to do the linking manually to fix the issue. I figured it would be good to share the instructions here.

Thanks so much for this @CRiva! I'm sorry you had a hard time getting this linked up. That might be partially my fault. IIRC we had something similar to these instructions at some point and I may have accidentally axed them during a README cleanup 🙈
