Main scope of the library explain right from the index.

This is something really important for such a project, i bang my head against the wall all this week long missing such a documentation.

I have a lot on my plate those days on a customer project (on which i'm using WysiBB in the admin dashboard) so i did all this README file as a way to understand how WysiBB works for what i needed. I'm not sure i'll be able to translate more for the next weeks/months, but if i do, i'll be able to translate that in both english (doing my best) & french (native language)
