Issue with Style in V 16.0 #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download source 
2. Update calendar code
3. Call VF Calendar Page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see SF calendar style applied to calendar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V16.0, Mac OS 10.5 and Windows XP Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.

looks like this is a public site, not a visualforce page, you will need to add 
a public visible stylesheet, not a defect of the page itself
