Looks good but could you edit the author section of _quarto.yml and add me as a collaborator from the repo settings on GitHub

I thought I did edit the author section, I changed it to my name.

Hi Jordan. This looks good but you should be using the exising quarto documents for your project not making a new one at the top level. The quarto docs you want are:

analysis/organize_data.qmd - for reading in raw data and organizing your analytical dataset
analysis/analysis.qmd - for doing the actual analysis
paper/main_manuscript.qmd - for writing the paper
