Implement API tokens #2

It would be great to have an ability to authenticate with API tokens. Right now it's impossible to use the app if 2 factor authentication is enabled.

If you enable two-step verification, scripts and services that currently authenticate with your Atlassian Cloud applications will need to use an API token. Read more about using API tokens.

BTW. Thanks for the great app!
