[WiP] Add the concept/idea of formatters to Cabin #35

Work in progress PR....

This are entities that will help get the message to a given format, this could be json, csv or any other you might implement. If not pass this basically acts as always.

There is still a bit of room to improve the actual implementation, but I leave it here for comments, all feedback is more than welcome.
