Metadata: build and push XML to SB

I cannot do this for anything except 06_habitat. This is the last step needed to complete metadata.

• [x] scmake("log/06_habitat_sb_data.csv") this one is for @lindsayplatt and is waiting for the data builds to finish

~@jread-usgs all of these except the last one need to be done by someone other than me. I do not have the data to push up to SB. I think that someone is you ... but @hcorson-dosch have you done anything with the data here in the hyperscales release?~ I think I can do a lot of these on Yeti because they are referencing other data that was built there.
