Improve transition animation #15

Currently the transition animations look a bit weird. Specifically, the toolbar shouldn't be moving; the text should just disappear and reappear after the next activity is loaded. This will likely involve the use of shared element transitions; you can read more about them here.

For now, I removed the animations as they make it look worse.
