Executive Summary:

Our plan is create a sustainable fulfullment and delivery practices for daily operations at plant pals new service to help reach the goal of 5% revenue increase by ensuring an efficient and high quality customer experience than help mitigate potencial revenue losses due to late shipments and cancelations.

Project Goal

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound ○Create sustainable fulfillment and delivery practices maintaining excellent services standards by ensuring an efficient high qualitity customer experience by ○ creating- in the next 6 months- a plant delivery and logistics plan to make the fullfilment process as efficient as possible ○ Setting up- in the next 6 months-an order processing and supply chain management software to make revenue streams more efficient ○ Implementing an employee training program that maintains excellent services standars to al least 90% of staff before official service launch

Deliverables

  1. Plant delivery and logistics Plan including inventory, delivery process and levering fees analysis
  2. Order Processing and Supply chain management software Set up.
  3. Order Processing and Supply chain management software test plan.
  4. Employee training program and scheduling.

Why are we doing this?

● To help mitigate potential revenue losses due to poor user experience and support the larger Plant Pals Goal of increase 5% revenue.

Measuring Success

What is acceptable:

  1. Internal processes (software setup and logistic and delivery plan) done in 6 months since the start of the project
  2. Deliver 95% of orders on time within one month of launch.
  3. 90% of the staff has completed the training program before service launch.
