Our plan is create a sustainable fulfullment and delivery practices for daily operations at plant pals new service to help reach the goal of 5% revenue increase by ensuring an efficient and high quality customer experience than help mitigate potencial revenue losses due to late shipments and cancelations.
SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound ○Create sustainable fulfillment and delivery practices maintaining excellent services standards by ensuring an efficient high qualitity customer experience by ○ creating- in the next 6 months- a plant delivery and logistics plan to make the fullfilment process as efficient as possible ○ Setting up- in the next 6 months-an order processing and supply chain management software to make revenue streams more efficient ○ Implementing an employee training program that maintains excellent services standars to al least 90% of staff before official service launch
Why are we doing this?
● To help mitigate potential revenue losses due to poor user experience and support the larger Plant Pals Goal of increase 5% revenue.
