You will use the Ugolog only for lawful purposes.
You will not invade privacy of any third party.
You will not distort or disassemble the Ugolog software or the communication.
You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the Ugolog remains with you, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We
Ugolog will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your privacy and provide quality service.
Ugolog may close your account if you are in breach of this agreement, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, excessive use, engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.
Ugolog may delete unused accounts. Ugolog may delete recorded data that is 30 days old.
Ugolog does not guarantee 100% uptime. There could be service interruptions.
Ugolog owns all intellectual property rights to Ugolog’s software and website.
Ugolog is not liable for data loss, data damage or service interruptions.
Ugolog is not liable for loss of income, busines or profit arising from inability to use Ugolog.
Ugolog can change this agreement in the future. If you do not agree with new version of this agreement you must stop using Ugolog.
