Graphic artefacts/flickering when camera next to a DAE model #607

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the camera next (less than one meter) to an imported Collada model
2. Animate positions of model and camera
3. Artefacts severity depends on camera tilt

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

Ground mesh/textures are showing graphic artefacts. Other DAE models are 
flickering.

Which plugin version are you using?

6.0.1.2032

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?

Reproduced in Firefox 3.6, IE8 and Chrome 11

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.

Here is a simple test case that demonstrates the bug:

Two DAE models are loaded:
- a balloon gondola in which the camera is set (triggers the bug)
- a sky-dome to show cloud layer (this one is flickering)

It happens to me when im flying to Tokyo Haneda (The airport floats the goes 
down! :0
Airport is a UFO??) Sometimes when im just relaxing, Like flying over the 
amazon it goes all green and purple for like ten seconds then back to normal, 
one time it 
glitched so much i went under the map and then a BOOM and i was back to where i 
was flying before under map, so annoying, sometimes mountins are like cubes 
because of this sometimes
