Turn off constellations and star information layers in Sky view #767

What should this feature enhancement do?

   Provide a mechanism to toggle the constellation and star informations layers off/on in Sky view.  They are both on by default.  These layers appear to interfere with my application's (http://gaialab.asu.edu/SolarSystem) ability to display customized points.  It has worked in the past, and is featured in the Earth API Demo Gallery.  But since these layers were turned on by default, the site no longer works properly, though I've made no changes to it.

Are there any known workarounds that produce the similar results?
