Refresh (F5) on latest release Plugin crashes API #771

Try this
(1) Go here http://www.google.com/earth/explore/products/plugin.html
(2) press F5 (or right click plugin frame and "refresh")
(3) Wait:
- the frame will blank, then show globe, then 3 secs later show error
- it asks user to download new plugin...even when you already have it.

Real pain.

Same problem. "internal error in the plugin" -> few seconds -> blank screen and 
need to restart all.
I worked on it two weeks: no solution. Directx ok. IE 9 ok. Windows update ok. 
Directx runtime ok. Windows Vista ok. No other problems. Video card drivers 
updated.
No solution and no helps.
