Automatically geocode <address> tags in KML like GE Client #797

Fusion table exports now only include <address> tags if the data is only 
addresses. This makes these KML files useless to import into the plugin because 
the plugin does not automatically geocode <address> like the full GE Client 
does.

Please add this functionality to the Plugin as well.
