Google Earth Plugin don't work at all #925

For a while I cannot use internetpages using the GE plugin.
After a minute I get the information that the plugin has an error and I should
install it again.
After I installed it again, the error is still there, it don't work to
reinstall the plugin. I tried it for weeks.
The problem is with Internet Explorer 10 (also with compatibility mode) and
with Firefox 20.
I found more people having this problem, but no one knows what to do.
I also made updates on Java and other programs...
I use Windows 7 home premium 64bit.
Thanks - Peter from Germany

Your plugin isn't getting registered properly in the Windows registry.

try downloading the GEPlugin installer to your hard drive, then rt-click on it
and select "Run as Administrator".
