Model fails to load if local path contains hex (#) #224

Google Earth (desktop?)

> What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create a folder with a # (eg. c:\#test)
2. copy a collada model into it (eg. c:\#test\test.dae)
3. go to Add > Model and enter the above path
4. model fails to load

> What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?

The # processing should apply to http paths only, not local paths rite? :-)

> What application versions (if any) are you using?

4.3.7284.3916 (beta)
