The Google overlords are disabling manifest v2 extensions very soon which would break the extension for everyone on Chrome

[x] Dynamically generate list of matching sites to inject the content script into with registerContentScripts
[x] Reenable injection of site specific CSS
[x] Testing
[ ] Get the Firefox build working again
