Hey! Can you see the collection in Plex? If so, could you manually remove it and try again?

The most common cause of this error is a mismatch between media types when using a manual collection. For example, some users create 'show' type collections in Plex and then try to add seasons to them, which Plex doesn't allow. However, since you're not using a manual collection, this likely isn't the issue — unless there's an older collection with the same name and a different type still lingering in Plex.

Woops, figured this out and forgot to close.

So it seems the collections were already in plex (created by maintainerr), but for some reason it wasn't working.

So another issue on here suggested I try to delete the collection in plex as there could have been an ID mismatch (I think), and that seemed to have solved it.

Maintainerr created the new collections, and added the relevant media to them.

All working as expected now.
